When you receive your INDIENOV connected airbag belt, you need to activate your subscription and create your account directly on the INDIENOV application. This gives you access to all features and to our support service.

How do I clean the belt?
You can clean your belt with a damp cloth and soap, if necessary. Please note that the belt and buckle contain components that must not come into contact with water. Never put the belt in the washing machine or tumble dryer.
Is the INDIENOV belt rechargeable?
Yes, the INDIENOV belt is rechargeable. A charger is supplied with the belt. This plugs into the USB-C port on the belt buckle. An indicator light shows whether the belt is charging or needs recharging.
Can I open the electronic box?
No, the buckle containing the electronics must never be opened, otherwise the warranty will be void within 2 years of purchase. In the event of failure of the INDIENOV belt, please contact our After Sales Service.
When should gas capsules be changed?
Gas capsules are for single use only. They must be changed after each deployment. In the event of a sideways fall, only the airbag corresponding to the side of the fall deploys. It is therefore not necessary to change the refill on the side of the airbag that has not deployed. There are 2 gas refill sizes, depending on airbag size: size 1 for S and M airbags, and size 2 for L and XL airbags.
Is the INDIENOV belt reusable?
Yes, the INDIENOV airbag belt is reusable after a trigger. After a fall, simply replace the gas capsule and the belt is operational again. This means users can continue to benefit from protection without having to replace the whole device.
